We do not issue refunds or accept exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.

Due to COVID-19, health, and hygiene protection, there will be absolutely no exceptions to this policy.

Please measure your waist and go by the associated size chart.

If you are in between sizes, go up never down. Our waist trainers fit true to size.

You can book a consultation and we will assist you with properly measuring your waist. Do not purchase according to your dress or clothes size.

We will not refund or exchange for sizing issues.

However, if you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@savvyb.com.

You must include your order confirmation e-receipt.

You must notify us of the defect within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

It is recommended to attach pictures of the defective item.

You are responsible for the return shipping fee. You must provide us with a tracking number.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it, and notify you via email, within 3 business days.

If you are entitled to a replacement we will replace the product with no additional shipping costs to you.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will return the purchase price on the original method of payment minus shipping fees.
